Abere Monica, is the Team Leader, Finanace and Administration at BRUCI. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce. She knows how important the role is in the achievement of program goals, and has therefore invested her career while at BRUCI in activities and work experiences that not only include, but also span beyond Finance and Accounting by engaging in workshops, seminars and trainings that inform BRUCI’s thematic areas. Having accumulated vast knowledge about the civil society and humanitarian sector, Monica now uses that experience to provide value to BRUCI and its partners. She is excited that her position as provides the perfect opportunity for her to be part of the change makers in the community while also practicing in a career field she is very passionate about.
