BRUCI provides safe water to the community of Muwayo town council in Bugiri district in Busoga region in Uganda. like Article I. 1 states that “The human right to water is indispensable for leading a life in human dignity. It is a prerequisite for the realization of other human rights”. this is very important to BRUCI with Democracy and Human Rights as a core programme area.
