BRUCI embraces monthly staff retreats and meetings in order to build a strong interpersonal relationships, to improve decision making, to increase productivity, to encourage inclusion, to promote team alignment and to boast unity among the deeply rooted team of staff. The staff meeting took place on September 27, 2024 at their Head office in Tororo District.
The team of staff always conducts regular meetings because they provide a chance for team members to align their efforts, set priorities, and collectively create a strategy for BRUCI. When team members understand each other’s roles and responsibilities, they can work synergistically, leading to improved efficiency and understanding of how to achieve specific goals.
